On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 PM and on the day of departure your room will remain at your disposal until 10 AM o’clock

We consider the reservation confirmed only after the payment of the deposit

The provincial tourist tax of € 2.00 per day per person (over the age of 14) will be charged separately

Cancellation policy

In case of partial or complete cancellation we reserve the faculty to withhold the payed deposit (Italian Civil Code Art. 1385).

Any changes or cancellations must be send in writing.

For shorter stay or early departures, the entire ammount of the stay will be charged.

No charge will made to your credit card if you cancel your reservation at least 96 hours before your arrival date (local time).

If you cancel within 96 hours of your arrival date then 50% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card.

In cases of no shows at the hotel, without any prior communication from the client, then 100% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your card.
